Responding to Challenging Hotline Calls

This session will help advocates navigate challenging calls from incarcerated settings, including, silent calls, prank calls and harassing calls. We aim to provide trauma-informed responses and policies that hold compassion and empathy for callers and advocates that reduce disciplinary action from corrections officials.
