Participants will join an interactive session with a review of California college and university’s duties to respond and prevent sexual violence on campus. The current status of Title IX and pending rule release will be explored as well as current advocacy work in campuses at both the state and national level. Participants will have a chance to share their campus experiences and discuss the details of both Title IX and state law requirements for campuses.
