ERPOs vs DVPOs for Civil Attorneys

Domestic Violence Protection Orders (DVPOs) and Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPOs) are both civil court orders that can prohibit the person subject to the order from possessing or purchasing firearms or ammunition. This course will help civil attorneys increase their knowledge and skills to more effectively represent clients in court and advise clients regarding DVPOs, ERPOs, and firearms.
