Monitoring for Accessibility: Ensuring Equitable Access for Survivors with Substance Use and Mental Health Experiences

This e-learning–co-developed and hosted by the National Center on Domestic Violence, Trauma, and Mental Health, and the Capacity Building Consortium–provides an overview of: FVPSA requirements, the intersections of domestic violence, mental health, and substance use, and the tools contained in this guide. It is designed specifically for state administrators, Domestic Violence Coalitions, and Tribal Coalitions.

Topics include:
- FVPSA requirements as they relate to monitoring and equitable access for survivors with mental health and, or substance use experiences
- Intersections of Domestic Violence, Mental Health, and Substance Use and why survivors with mental health and, or substance use experiences are an underserved population
- Monitoring Criteria and Tools newly developed to support effective monitoring and program improvement
