In 2021, The White House Gender Policy Council was developing the U.S. National Action Plan on Gender-Based Violence. In this listening session, presenters will discuss widespread impunity and the response to violence through justice system reform. Presenters will include experts on the coordinated community response that integrates the realities of harm to all survivors, including women of color and marginalized communities, and offer ideas to address multiple systemic oppressions.
